At Swift Cargo, Employee Training & Development is an integral part of our work culture. We’ve taken it a step further with our own SWIFT e-GURU - Learning Management System, to train our staff digitally! In this application, course modules are assigned and assessed for employees based on their function. The system offers a digital library of all our processes with FAQs & a feedback system.
